Refilling your prescriptions has never been easier. You can simply refill your prescription via telephone or online and pick it up at your convenience or have it delivered to your home. You can also download our app for quick refill requests and access to your prescription history.

Prescriptions on the Go

Yes, there’s an app for that! Download the Kipp-Mallery Pharmacy app on Google Play for Android or from the App Store for Apple, and you will be able to order your refills by Quick Refill. You can also log in to see your patient profile or order refills using your patient card number and PIN.

Bringing Health Home

If you are unable to make it into the pharmacy, we are more than happy to deliver your prescriptions to your door. Kipp-Mallery provides free delivery services, 7 days a week, within city limits. For those of you outside city limits, we can arrange to have your package shipped to you either by courier or Canada Post (cost dependent on location).

With free delivery 7 days a week, multiple pharmacists on staff, and personalized care from a locally-owned pharmacy, we’re Kamloops’ full-service community pharmacy.

Which Kamloops pharmacies are open on weekends?

Kipp-Mallery has weekend hours at two locations. Downtown Kamloops is open Saturday 7:30am-4pm and Sunday 7:30am-12pm (273 Victoria St, 250-372-2531). Dallas is open Saturday 9am-5pm, closed Sunday (5170 Dallas Dr, 778-469-5271). Landmark is closed weekends.

What pharmacies in Kamloops have the shortest wait times?

Kipp-Mallery typically fills prescriptions within 15-20 minutes,but is dependent on what is happening when you drop of your prescription. Sometimes we are busier than other times and if your prescription(s) is complex,  it may take a bit longer to process your prescription(s).  For refills, use our mobile app (available in the App Store and Google Play Store) to request refills in advance or ask us to autofill them for you and they will be ready for pick-up when you come in.  Our pharmacists and technicians at each Kamloops location work diligently to minimize wait times. Specialized services: Travel consultations (30-45 min), Minor ailments assessments (15-20 min), Compounding (same day to 24 hours for simple compounds, 1-2 days for complex preparations).
